Even though OSL is a relatively young company (we’re only 7 years old!), we have a rich and actional­-packed history. Let’s go over the important stuff. OSL (Outsourced Sales Leadership) was established in 2012 in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada to provide clients with custom-designed sales solutions in retail, direct sales, merchandising and customer acquisition. The spirit of our Executive Leadership Team is entrepreneurial, inspirational, innovative and ­­people focused. They’re masters at relationship building and lead by example. Our entire organization believes in and actions these qualities. Not to mention we’re also humble, so we’ll stop here and move on.­­­OSL’s diverse and driven sales team works in over 2000 retail stores across North America, and we

employ over 1000 Field Marketers across Canada. In total, we have a sales team of 6500+ strong delivering award-winning sales and customer experiences for our clients! To ensure our awesome sales team is supported and set up for success, our Support Centre includes HR, Recruiting, IT, Finance, Loss Prevention, Field Support, Operations, Training, Marketing, Branding and more. OSL has been awarded one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies 3 years in a row (2018, 2019, 2020) and in 2019 received the Walmart US Supplier of the Year award in Wireless. Check out the timeline below to learn more about our massive growth over the years.
