There are many ways to get to the point of the first interview with OSL. You can either apply to a job through Indeed or other job boards or you can go directly find opportunities on our Career page on our Website. After we receive your application, one of our Talent Acquisition Specialists will review your resume and contact you for a first phone interview.

Here are the steps of the OSL Hiring process:

    1. Application
    2. Phone interview
    3. In-person interview with Hiring Manager

When Selected:

    1. Background check
    2. Once the background check is cleared, you’ll receive the offer letter (The onboarding process takes 5 to 6 Business days)
    3. Once signed, you will receive your onboarding documents to complete (Tax form, Social Insurance Number, Banking info…)
    4. When all is completed you are ready to start working!

Yes, OSL offers training to every new hire. When starting your job, you’ll get a 2-3-day, in-person or virtual sessions where you will learn about OSL, Policies and Procedures, Sales Training Overview, Wireless 101, Carrier and Product Training…

We also have an Online Learning platform where we host trainings such as New Employee Training, Compliance Training, Sales Training, Carrier Training courses and other Training Resources.

As a Mobile Expert, you’ll have to be 18. If you apply to the Electronics/Photo/Seasonal department, you’ll have to be 16 years or older.

Usually the hours are flexible. As a part-time employee you can get from 10 to 25 hours/week and as a full-time employee you should work between 30-40h/week following the retail store hours.
